Founded in June 2018, Juvenile Casualty is a blog dedicated to exploring the journey within to discovering true authenticity. The name of this blog is inspired by the dreams and hopes we have for ourselves during our youth that often become a casualty to the realities and expectations we create for ourselves in adulthood. My hope is that by discussing topics relevant to maintaining and promoting positive mental health, we can create a new narrative that allows us to re-discover our true light.
